silky cords

The only thing that I really managed to make successfully while I was away was a bunch of bracelets- made by twisting lots of different coloured embroidery silks around thick cord and then securing 10 - 20 of these coloured cords with a thick wrap of linen, which then had loads of seed beads sewn all over the top- all for the still fictitious etsy shop that is still a figment of my imagination!

  3. These are lovely! I just found you via your fabric designs on Spoonflower.I loved your classic hand drawn(vs.computer generated) style! I am trying to learn to cut up the repeats for fabric. Congratulations on all your fine work.

  4. Danielle ... for heavens' sake start your Etsy shop!! Not that I can talk. I've been looking at Etsy for almost a year and creating volumes of favourites. You have the gear - you've already made it. Go girl! I'll encourage you. Just do it, it's not even hard. Let us know on Ragtales and we'll buy things from you to get it started xxx
